In the not so distant past I suffered with lower back pain. I had 2 bulging discs, uncovered by an MRI study. I know what you must endure everyday while living with back problems. I have empathy for you. I understand because I was there myself.

I developed a treatment program that combined Chiropractic, Yoga, Massage, and Nutrition that brought me relief.
